Consumer Rights

Men’sKey welcomes anyone to use our online platform.

Please read the terms and conditions before completing the first purchase. By completing the first purchase, you have read, understood and agreed to accept the terms and conditions to use our platform. If you do not agree with all or any parts of the terms and condition, please do not complete the first order.

Men’sKey reserves the rights to adjust the terms and conditions of this platform, notification will not be given to each individual after an update on terms and conditions. The latest content of the terms and conditions of this platform will be posted on the homepage or the registration page. Please read it carefully before each purchase to protect your rights. Continuing use of the platform services after any update to terms and conditions will be deemed that buyer has read, understood and agreed to the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the modification or changes in the terms and conditions of the platform, please stop using the services.

Account related matters: Please fill in correct and complete information, and must not use other people’s information. If the user has incorrectly filled in wrong information or used another person’s data which has caused legal issue or goods cannot be delivered, the offending party will be fully responsible for any liability. If you suspect that your account has been fraudulently used or stolen, please notify customer service immediately and we will assist in suspending the transaction related to the account.

Due to limited availability of raw materials or fabric, please complete the ordering process as soon as possible after picking the fabric for the shirt. The order will be completed within 10 working days and delivered within 2 days after completion. If there are any doubts about the delivery date, please contact customer service to confirm before placing an order. If the chosen fabric is out of stock, we will contact you to cancel the order and arrange a refund.

Shipments are made according to the shipping method that buyer choose. If it is shipped incorrectly due to our administrative negligence, we will contact buyer immediately with a possible solution, if it is unacceptable to buyer, we will unconditionally be responsible for re-shipment and buyer will not incur any additional cost. If the shipment is wrong due to buyer providing wrong destination address, please contact customer support to amend the address, however if the goods are already shipped, the consumer will be responsible for any additional cost.

For any of our general merchandise, you may exercise the right to terminate the contract within the appreciation period of 7 days after the arrival of the goods in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law. Please note: The appraisal period is not a trial period. However, if the returned product is not in its original form or the not in its original packaging, it may affect your right for a refund. The customized product of the company, i.e custom made shirt are not covered by Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, however, based on integrity and trust between two parties, we will accept small adjustment, we will do our utmost to assist consumers in any modification of shirt. If the finished size of the custom shirt is within the tolerance of (+/-5%) specified by the consumer, there is no need for further alteration. If we used the wrong fabric, or the product is dirty or damage... etc., we will be solely responsible for making any correction or re-production of the shirt.
You agreed that if there is any dispute arising from the use of our platform or from purchases from our platform, is three times the amount paid to our company from your current purchase price. It is the upper limit of liability except otherwise required by law.

In order to protect the interests of all users of this platform, if you have committed one of the following conditions, we may suspend or terminate your purchasing eligibility or prohibit you to use all or part of the service of the platform.

1. False login information or use a fake identity.
2. Repeatedly make an order and cancel afterward
3. Misconduct or harass the customer service department
4. Violating the terms and conditions of the platform or not following the agreement of the parties and maliciously abuse the service rights.

You agree that the Company can suspend or terminate your purchasing eligibility in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Platform, or refuse to use all or part of the services of the Platform without your consent, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party.

When all or part of any provision of this Platform Terms of Use is invalid, it does not affect the validity of other agreements. The relationship between you and the company's rights and obligations shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Platform. If there is any dispute, you can appeal or respond to the customer service. Both parties should uphold the sincerity and negotiate on the basis of honesty, creditability and equality. If it is still not resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to use the Taiwan District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
